CANCELLATION POLICY
Fitness Studio Class Cancellation Policy
At Fitness by Pau, we value our clients’ time and commitment to their fitness journey. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all participants, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Window
• Clients must cancel their class reservation at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid any penalties.
• Cancellations can be made through the website or by contacting me directly.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time will be charged as follows:
• Clients with class packages will forfeit the class credit.
• Drop-in clients will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-Show: Clients who do not attend a booked class without prior notice will also forfeit the class credit or fee.
• Note: This policy does not apply to clients with unlimited monthly memberships. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges.
3. Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience an emergency preventing you from attending a class, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the studio’s discretion.
4. Waitlisted Clients
• If you’re unable to attend a class, cancel promptly to allow clients on the waitlist to join.
• Clients on the waitlist will be notified as spots open and must confirm attendance within 2 hours.
5. Late Arrivals
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed into the class for safety and minimal disruption to others. This will be considered a no-show.
6. Refund Policy
• All class payments are non-refundable. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or reschedules.
