LIFT: FULL BODY
Full Body Workout targets all your muscles in just 45 minutes.
It includes 7-8 stations: 2 for lower body, 2 for upper body, 2 for core, and 1-2 cardio exercises.

If you’re constantly dreaming about fuller and stronger glutes, you don’t want to fit in your old jeans anymore or simply trying to take your lifting game a little more seriously, Glutes Pump Workout is a perfect choice for you! In 45 min you will be able to target your glutes from different angles, focus on proper form and progressively overload each movement!
