FAQs

Most Frequently Asked Questions

What types of training do you offer?

  • Small-group strength classes

  • One-on-one personal training

  • Goal-specific mini-programs (e.g., strength, hypertrophy, fat loss)

  • Technique and mobility sessions

    How big are the classes?

  • Classes are intentionally small to ensure individualized attention — typically 4–8 people depending on the session.

Do I need experience or to be fit to join?

  • No. We welcome all experience levels. Programs are scaled and progressed to match your starting point.

How long are sessions and how often should I train?

  • Typical class length: 45–60 minutes. Frequency depends on goals; most members train 2–4 times per week.

Will I get a personalized program?

  • Yes. Even in small-group settings, coach adapts loads, progressions, and modifications to each member. One-on-one clients receive fully individualized programming.

How quickly will I see results?

  • Early strength and neuromuscular gains often appear within 4–6 weeks; visible muscle growth typically takes 8–12+ weeks depending on consistency, nutrition, and recovery.

    What should I bring/wear?

  • Comfortable workout clothes and clean training shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Optional: lifting belt, wrist wraps, or personal grips if you use them.

    Do you offer nutrition guidance?

  • Yes, we offer nutrition coaching customized to your goals and struggles.

Is there a membership or drop-in options?

  • We offer membership plans and limited drop-in or trial session options. Download our app to be able to see pricing and be able to purchase it.

How do you handle injuries or physical limitations?

  • I modify exercises, scale loads, and focus on pain-free movement. I recommend communicating any injuries beforehand; for complex medical issues, we coordinate with healthcare providers when appropriate.

    What equipment do you use?

  • Emphasis on barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, benches, squat racks, and functional equipment. We focus on tried-and-true strength tools rather than gimmicks.

How do you ensure progress and accountability?

  • Regular assessments, coach feedback, goal-setting, and a supportive community environment keep members consistent and accountable.

Can I bring a friend or train with a partner?

  • Yes — we encourage training with friends when space allows. Ask about partner options and any referral promotions.

What safety measures are in place?

  • I prioritize coaching form, controlled progressions, and a clean, organized space. Equipment is maintained and sessions are supervised.
