Fitness by Pau is a boutique gym, where you come as you are, and do your best. No intimidation or judgement.

You will get to lift weights in a small group, avoiding confusion, wrong technique or injuries.

Also, if you’re a MOM, we got you—we offer kids play area, so they can have fun while you exercise!
